SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
This website is the official online shopping for the furniture and design brand OK design in Denmark. These terms pertain to all deliveries from OK design’s web-shop.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Our products can be purchased in Europe except the Faroe Islands, Greenland and France.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an email with your receipt and order confirmation. Please note that your offer to purchase these items is not legally accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is dispatched from OK Design you will receive an invoice by email. We recommend that you print and keep all correspondence from us relating to your order.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices on the website include Danish VAT and are stated in DKK or in Euro. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the time of dispatch or pick up.
DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL
From the point of which you place an order with OK Design Aps, your parcel is packed and dispatched within 5-14 working days. Approximate delivery time will be stated in your order confirmation. Parcels will be delivered directly to your address in proper packaging. If the parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, the costumer must refuse to accept the parcel or sign the delivery form with reservations.
RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED
If the received goods do not meet your expectations, you can return the goods within 14 days. Please contact us and explain the reason for returning your goods before shipping the goods. You will receive a refund within 10 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Returned goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The shipping costs for the return of the goods will be payed by the purchaser.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a right of complaint within a 24 month period from the day you receive your goods.
If your purchase has a defect and the defect existed at the time of the delivery you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund or price deduction. You must make your claim within 7 days after receiving the delivery. If your claim is justified, we will also refund your documented shipping costs when you return the goods. - OK Design Aps is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- You are protected by law. OK Design Aps includes all agreements accordance with Danish law. All orders placed on www.okdesign.biz are governed by the Danish Sale of Goods act.
- As a customer you are protected by the Danish Sale of Goods act.
DISCLAIMER AND RESERVATIONS
OK Design retains the right to change prices and product descriptions at any time and cannot be held responsible for late or incomplete delivery due to force majeure events.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
OK Design´s treatment of personal data is governed by the Privacy Act. You can contact us if you want information about what data is processed about you, or if there is information you want deleted or corrected.
Information about customers: Name, address, email etc. is used only by OK Design to fulfill your order and notify you of any unforeseen problems in delivery. We will not disclose your information to third parties, and we use no information for marketing purposes unless you have accepted this.
